Congress Passes 21st Century Cures Act, With Major Provisions For Mental Health Reform & Addiction Treatment Funding
On December 7, 2016, the United States Senate concluded its reconciliation for the 21st Century Cures Act (Act) passed by the House on November 30, and sent the bill to President Obama for signature. The President has signaled that he plans to sign the bill into law. (Update: President Obama signed 21st Century Cures Act into law on Tuesday, December 13, 2016.)
