Connecticut To Launch Addiction-Related Social Impact Bond Projects For At-Risk Families

The Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) is planning to implement a social impact bond initiative to fund addiction treatment for families involved with or at-risk of involvement with the child protective services system. In June 2013, the state was selected to participate in the Kennedy School's Social Impact Bond Technical Assistance Lab.
