Connecticut Legislature Rejects DCF Plan To Exit Child Welfare Oversight

On February 2, 2017, the Connecticut General Assembly rejected the Department of Children and Families (DCF) plan for ending federal oversight of the state’s child welfare system due to the Juan F. settlement agreement.
