The Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) and several provider organizations in the state are testing the use of measurement-based care (MBC) for children’s behavioral health services. MBC is defined as routine use of symptom or outcome measures for collaborative decision-making and treatment planning.
Several of the current MBC initiatives in the state were profiled in an issue brief by The Child Health and Development Institute (CHDI).
