Cook County, Illinois Awards $3.3 Million Juvenile Probation Mental Health Services Contract To Infant Welfare Society Of Chicago

The Illinois' Cook County Juvenile Probation Department awarded the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago a $3.3 million contract to provide bilingual mental health services to an estimated 550 juvenile offenders and their families annually. The contract was awarded on November 14, 2014; the initial term runs through November 13, 2017, followed by two one-year renewal options. Infant Welfare Society of Chicago will clinically staff and administer the bilingual therapy, sexually problematic behavior family therapy, family therapy for youth with trauma, and the clinical doctoral internship programs.
