CVS Health Expands Project Health To Include Free Depression Screenings
CVS Health expanded its free community health screening program, Project Health, to add the two-question Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-2) depression screening to the list of chronic condition screenings available at a Project Health event. Consumers who screen positive for depression (or other conditions) will have the opportunity to meet with a nurse practitioner who can provide referrals for treatment and advice on follow-up care.
