DaVita Kidney Care launched an initiative with Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA) to provide a home dialysis option for people with kidney disease receiving treatment from DaVita. For the initiative announced on March 23, 2021, FMCNA will provide its NxStage home hemodialysis (HHD) machines and related technology, including the Nx2me Connected Health platform, to DaVita consumers. Nx2me Connected Health accesses treatment information directly from HHD machines and shares the treatment information with the dialysis clinic and care team.
