Delaware Adds Three New Services To State’s Lifespan Waiver For People With Autism & I/DD

The Delaware Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS) is adding three new services to its Lifespan Waiver: Enhanced Behavioral Residential Services, Crisis Stabilization Services, and Remote Supports. The services are intended to help people age 12 or older with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) live more independently and receive specialized support in their homes and communities. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved the waiver on July 1, 2026.
