Delaware Adds Three New Services To State’s Lifespan Waiver For People With Autism & I/DD
The Delaware Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS) is adding three new services to its Lifespan Waiver: Enhanced Behavioral Residential Services, Crisis Stabilization Services, and Remote Supports. These services are designed to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live, work, and actively participate in their communities with the supports they need, while fostering independence to the fullest extent possible. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved the waiver on July 1, 2026.
The Lifespan Waiver services are for individuals with I/DD who meet the level of care requirement for an intermediate care facility. Eligible individuals . . .
