Delaware County, Pennsylvania Awards Elwyn Contract To Operate A Young Adult Residential Treatment Facility

On September 27, 2023, Elwyn announced it was awarded a contract to create a new type of program in Delaware County, Pennsylvania to provide residential services for Medicaid-eligible young adults ages 18 to 26 who have significant mental illness, developmental disabilities, or addiction disorder. The program and a new 16-bed Young Adult Residential Treatment Facility (YARTF) will be located on Elwyn’s campus in Media, Pennsylvania.
