The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS), Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS) seeks vendors to build the state’s capacity to provide home and community based services (HCBS) for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), including brain injury, autism, and Prader-Willi Syndrome who can no longer live independently or with their family.
