Delaware Rebidding Diamond State Health Plan Contracts, Planning To Move 80% Of Reimbursement To Value-Based Models
Delaware is rebidding its Medicaid managed care organization (MCO) contracts, Diamond State Health Plan (DSHP) and the Diamond State Health Plan Plus, with the new contracts to go live as early as January 1, 2018. Via these new contracts, the State anticipates moving 80% of Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) spending into value-based payment models over the next three years.
