On September 10, 2025, the Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth, and Their Families (DSCYF) released a request for proposals (RFP CYF 25-04) seeking a contractor to provide a new targeted case management program serving adjudicated youth for 30 days pre-release and 30 days post-release.
