District Of Columbia Expanding Multi-Systemic Therapy Pilot For Emerging Adults Via Sole Source Contract With Evidence Based Associates & NAFI

The District of Columbia Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS) is planning to expand a pilot multi-systemic therapy for emerging adults (MST-EA) via a sole source contract with Evidence Based Associates (EBA), which is working with the North American Family Institute (NAFI). On March 15, 2014, DYRS announced it intended to award a sole source contract valued at $566,102 to EBA to develop and implement its pilot MST-EA program; EBA is contracting with NAFI to deliver the MST-EA services.
