The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) wait list for home-and community-based services (HCBS) may violate the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), according to the federal Department of Justice (DOJ) in a statement of interest related to a class-action lawsuit challenging the state’s wait list.
