Organizations are significantly expanding family health offerings, yet employees report feeling less supported than they did a year ago, according to a recent report. This disconnect may stem from how benefits are delivered. Employees often must navigate multiple vendors, eligibility rules, and administrative handoffs during high-stress life moments such as fertility treatment or pregnancy complications.
