Employers Implementing Spring Health Mental Health Platform Save $2.62 For Each $1 Spent
Employers that offer the Spring Health mental health platform experienced a two-year return on investment (ROI) of at least $2.62 for every $1 spent to provide access to the platform as a benefit. After three years with Spring Health, employers had an ROI of $3.02 for each $1 spent to offer the benefit. During the first year with Spring Health, employers reported cost neutrality. ROI was calculated as the gross savings on health care claims, savings from reduced turnover rates, and savings from lower absenteeism as a ratio of the Spring Health program costs.
