Employers Rely On EAPs As Strategic Organizational & Risk Management Partners
Employers are relying on employee assistance programs (EAPs) to provide leadership consulting, in addition to providing employee mental health services, according to an analysis of organizational consulting cases.
The analysis was based on a five-year data set from AllOne Health, a national EAP in the United States. The researchers profiled the characteristics of 10,641 users of organizational services and profiled the characteristics of 5,251 users of formal management referral counseling.
