Executive Order Sets New Federal Policy On Homelessness & Civil Commitment 

On July 24, 2025, President Trump issued an Executive Order that shifts federal policy on homelessness and involuntary civil commitment.;The order makes changes to the current approach toward vagrancy, housing policy, and behavioral health treatment.
