Family Health Care Spending Up 188% in Employer Plans Since 2005
Health care costs for a family of four with employer-sponsored health benefits in 2025 are projected at $35,119, up 188% from $12,214 in 2005, according to the 2025 Milliman Medical Index (MMI).
