Federal Appeals Court Upholds Injunction Preventing Idaho From Cutting DD Waiver Budgets
On June 5, 2015, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower district court ruling in March 2014 that prevented the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW) from reducing individual developmental disability (DD) waiver budgets below the highest annual budget received by a DD waiver participant since June 30, 2011.
