On July 8, 2014, the federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) awarded a $1.2 million contract to Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services, Inc. to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment and mental health treatment services to federal offenders in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The base contract period begins on October 1, 2014, and runs for one year, followed by four one-year option periods to end on September 30, 2019.
