On September 8, 2021, Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont announced that the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved the state’s Medicaid state plan amendment (SPA) to combine Medicaid health coverage with a range of housing services for adults with homelessness and chronic health issues.
