First Clinical Trial Of SlowMo Digital Therapy For Psychosis Shows Mixed Results
The first clinical trial of the SlowMo blended digital therapy for psychosis combined with usual care had mixed results. In a measure of paranoia, people who had SlowMo for 8 weeks did not have significantly better scores on the total score of the Green et al Paranoid Thoughts Scale (GPTS) than people who received usual care at 24 weeks. But, other measures of persecution and paranoia (observer or self-rated) detected improvements at 12 and 24 weeks.
