Florida Rebids Behavioral Health Managing Entity Contracts Throughout The State
Florida is rebidding its behavioral health managing entity contracts across the state for new contracts that start July 1, 2024, and run for five years. On September 25, 2023, the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health released invitations to negotiate (ITNs) for each of the state’s six regions. The proposal due dates range from January 9 through 18, 2024.
