Florida Rebids Child Welfare Community-Based Care Lead Agency Contracts For 12 Areas
On November 6, 2023, the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) released an invitation to negotiate (DCF ITN 2324 063) to rebid the community-based care lead agency contracts for child welfare services in 12 of the 20 DCF circuits. In 2021, the contracts had an aggregate annual value of $588 million. Proposals are due by January 24, 2024. The new contracts are anticipated to begin by July 1, 2024, and will run for five years.
