On April 11, 2023, Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) released an invitation to rebid the state’s Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) program for managed medical assistance (MMA), long-term care (LTC), and Specialty plan (AHCA ITN 010-22/23). Proposals are due by August 15, 2023. AHCA intends to invite 10 respondents to negotiate for awards that will cover nine regions with at least three plans each. Intent-to-award notices are anticipated by December 11, 2023. The initial contract term will run from the date of contract execution in 2024 through December 31, 2030.
