Freespira, Inc., which developed and markets a digital mental health treatment device for use at home to treat anxiety disorders, announced the launch of its “Zero Risk” program, aimed at health plans that cover the device. The program provides health plans with a performance guarantee of effectiveness and offers them outcomes-based pricing. The Zero Risk program is intended to reduce the financial risks of covering the Freespira device, and to improve access for individuals diagnosed with anxiety disorders, including panic disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
