Hawaii Awards $5.8 Million Contract To Cyrca Insurance For Medical/Psychological Assessments & Social Security Advocacy

On April 10, 2014, the Hawaii Department of Human Services (DHS) awarded Cyrca Insurance Management a $5.8 million contract to provide medical/psychological assessments and Social Security advocacy services for the DHS Financial Assistance Program.
