Hawaii To Expand Crisis Services, Assisted Community Treatment & Peer Services
Hawaii is implementing a slate of legislation intended to expand access to behavioral health services, of which three focus on major steps for mental health. One, Senate Bill (SB) 3139, will expand access to crisis mental health services. Another, House Bill 2159, expands access to assisted community treatment.
