Hays County, Texas Partners With Evoke Wellness To Pilot Addiction Treatment For Jail Detainees
The Judicial Services Department in Hays County, Texas recently launched a pilot addiction treatment program for people incarcerated at the Hays County Jail waiting for a court date. To support the pilot, the county contracted with Evoke Wellness on January 30, 2024; the contract builds on a previous contract approved on January 2, 2024, for the county’s mental health court (MHC) program.
