HHS Awards $1.3 Billion To Health Centers For COVID-19 Response, Can Be Used For Telehealth
On April 8, 2020, the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarded $1.3 billion to health centers funded through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide COVID-19 response services. The funding is through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), which was signed into law on March 27, 2020.
