Insurer Humana has created a partnership with Longevity Health to launch Medicare Advantage institutional Special Needs Plans (I-SNPs) for members living in long-term care facilities. The partnership with Longevity will launch in South Carolina and Georgia in the fall of 2023 where Humana already offers the Humana Together in Health I-SNP. The Humana-Longevity I-SNP will provide members with enhanced care coordination and specialized benefits.

During 2024, Humana and Longevity plan to expand the partnership to five more states, and in 2025 plan to expand to add additional states. A Humana spokesperson said they are focusing . . .
