I/DD-Focused Partnership Solutions Acquires Medicare ACO, Alliance For Integrated Care Of New York

Partnership Solutions, which facilitates comprehensive health care and habilitative services for New Yorkers with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), acquired the Alliance for Integrated Care of New York (AICNY). The two organizations serve similar I/DD population with Medicaid and or Medicare. AICNY will continue to operate under that name for the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Financial terms were not disclosed.
