ICE Awards GEO Group A Contract To Provide Services For The Intensive Supervision & Appearance Program For Non-Detained Aliens
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) awarded BI Incorporated, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the GEO Group, a contract valued at up to $1 billion to provide electronic monitoring, case management, and supervision services under the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) for non-detained immigrants. The two-year contract was announced on September 30, 2025, and the initial one-year term started on October 1, 2025. The initial term is followed by a one-year option period.
