Idaho Awards Summit Youth Academy $1.9 Million Contract For Residential Treatment For Male Juvenile Offenders
On March 10, 2014, the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections (IDJC) awarded Summit Youth Academy a contract valued at nearly $1.2 million to provide residential treatment for male juvenile offenders ages 13 to 18 with mental health challenges. The initial two-year contract period started March 10, 2014 and runs through March 9, 2016, followed by four one-year renewal options. Summit Youth Academy is delivering the services at its 36-bed Patriot Center residential treatment facility.
