On November 26, 2021, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW) Division of Medicaid began seeking public comment on its plans for a new resource allocation model to determine individual budgets for home- and community-based services (HCBS) in its adult developmental disabilities waiver program. Comments will be accepted through December 31, 2021.
