Idaho NEMT Transportation Broker Veyo Exits Contract A Year Early
On September 6, 2017, Veyo, the non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) broker for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW), informed the state that it planned to exit the contract a year early. On October 30, 2017, DHW announced that the termination would be effective as of March 5, 2018, and that IDHW and the state’s Division of Purchasing were working to secure a new NEMT broker by the time the contract ends. As of November 19, 2017, IDHW had not released a procurement.
