Illinois Medicaid To Implement Integrated Health Homes For Chronic Health Conditions On July 1, 2020
On January 21, 2020, the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) announced it will begin coverage of Integrated Health Home (IHH) services for Medicaid individuals with chronic conditions, pending federal regulatory approval. IHH Services will begin on July 1, 2020.
