Indiana Awards Contracts Valued At $43 Million For Project CREATE Inpatient Competency Restoration Services
On June 5, 2025, the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) awarded two contracts valued together at $43 million for Project CREATE services to provide inpatient competency restoration services in a secure setting. The contracts were awarded to Indiana Behavioral Innovations, LLC (dba Hendricks Behavioral Hospital), valued at $22 million, and to Indiana Center for Recovery South Bend, valued at $21 million.
