Indiana Awards Medicaid Managed Care Contracts To Incumbents

On January 10, 2022, the Indiana Department of Administration announced its intent to award Medicaid risk-based managed care organization (MCO) services contracts to those organizations that had previously supplied these services: Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareSource Indiana, MDWise, and Centene/Managed Health Services. The contracts have an aggregate value of $7.35 billion annually.
