Indiana Medicaid Planning 2024 Launch Of Managed Long-Term Care Initiative
The Indiana Medicaid program is preparing to launch a statewide managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) program in 2023. On June 30, 2022, the state released a request for proposals (RFP 23-72118) seeking three managed care organizations (MCOs) to serve Medicaid beneficiaries aged 60 or older classified as “aged, blind, or disabled.” The MLTSS program will also enroll people dually eligible for Medicare, nursing home residents, and those receiving long-term services and supports (LTSS) in a home or community-based services (HCBS) setting.
