On March 1, 2023, Indiana announced plans to recommend contracts for its new Medicaid managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) program—Indiana Pathways for Aging—to four managed care organizations (MCOs): Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Humana/Arcadian Health Plan, Molina Healthcare of Indiana, and UnitedHealthcare.
