Inperium Secures Up To $114.5 Million In Bond Financing To Acquire Three Human Service Affiliates

Inperium, Inc., a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, plans to use proceeds from revenue bonds of up to $114.5 million from the Public Finance Authority in connection with its affiliation with three non-profit human service organizations: KidsPeace Corporation, Children & Family Services Corporation (CFS Corp.), and Crystal Lake Supportive Environments Inc. d/b/a Attain, Inc. The affiliations included the organizations and their respective tax-exempt affiliates. The three organizations operate facilities offering mental and behavioral health services across Florida, Indiana, Maine, and Pennsylvania.
