Iowa Awards Medicaid MCO Contract To Incumbent Total Care

On September 3, 2024, the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced its intent to award Iowa Total Care a managed care organization (MCO) contract for the Iowa Health Link Medicaid managed care program. Iowa Total Care is the incumbent to this contract. The contract period begins July 1, 2025, with no change in operations.
