University Of Iowa Wins $3 Million Peer Support Training & Coordination Services Contract
On April 10, 2015, the University of Iowa announced its Center for Child Health Improvement and Innovation and its National Resource Center for Family Centered Practice had been awarded a $3 million contract with the Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS) to provide a peer support training and certification program. The state seeks to build a peer support and family support peer specialist workforce.
