Iowa Rebids Medicaid Managed Care Contracts
On February 17, 2022, the Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS) released a request for proposals (RFP MED-23-005) to rebid its capitated managed care organization (MCO) contracts. The procurement will include services for the state’s Medicaid managed care program, Health Link, the Iowa Health and Wellness Plan (IHAWP), and the Healthy and Well Kids in Iowa (Hawki) programs.
