One In Three Consumers With Chronic Disease Were Happy With Their Health Care During Pandemic
According to a survey by the Global Healthy Living Foundation’s COVID-19 Patient Support Program, just 36% of those with chronic disease were happy with their health care during the pandemic, and 34% reported that they changed their health care provider organization during the public health crisis. A third of consumers (33%) report that they talked to their specialist about their concerns, and 33% got information about their health care symptoms and/or condition online.
