Kaiser Permanente is rolling out a remote monitoring service for its Medicare members. The service is called Lively Mobile Plus. The service is not specifically integrated with health plan care management. When the personal emergency response device detects a fall or the user presses the emergency button on the personal emergency response device, the service alerts a Lively Mobile Plus urgent response agent who responds to emergency and non-emergency situations.
