Kaiser Permanente Hawaii Addressing NCQA Corrective Action Plan To Improve Behavioral Health Access
Kaiser Permanente Hawaii is taking a multi-step strategy to reduce wait times for behavioral health to meet the terms of its corrective action plan (CAP) with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The strategy involves hiring 34 new internal outpatient therapist positions over a three-year period through October 2025, in addition to the six new positions posted in November 2021.
